Interest in NonProfit Center Tenancy

We appreciate your interest in the Knight Nonprofit Center as the home for your nonprofit organization. This is a wonderful place to work and know that you will enjoy all of the amenities the building has to offer. Please fill out the form to the left of this page to express interest in tenancy. Below are some of the benefits of being a tenant and a few things you will need to have when you are ready to join.

The Knight Nonprofit Center offers:

• Space to lease that fits tenants needs
• Cost per square foot $15.00 annually with $9.00 square foot for interior storage
• No deposit
• Included Utilities (water, sewer, electricity, light housekeeping, property management, internal mail delivery and afternoon security)
• Conference Rooms and meeting space (6) which includes (2) Banquet Rooms and an Executive Board Room
• Caterer’s Kitchen with ice machine
• Break rooms on each floor, with vending, micro waves and refrigerators
• Over 25 other nonprofit tenants in building to create a network of support
• Easily accessible location from I-10
• 24 hour access to Center with key card pass
• Over 300 lined parking spaces
• On sight Center Contact – Building Manager

In order to join the Knight Nonprofit Center we will need the following information:

1. 501c3 Letter
2. Letter of Good Standing from Secretary of State
3. Financial Statement – where do funds come from
4. Certificate of Insurance - Insurance Requirements in attached document
5. Prospectus; Information about nonprofit (website/brochure)
6. Mission Statement
7. How space will be utilized and traffic flow estimate/no direct services
