The Knight Nonprofit Center offers professional office space for rent at affordable rates to nonprofit organizations. The rental package includes utilities, access to shared meeting room space including multiple conference rooms, training room, board room, two banquet halls, a large caterer's kitchen, break rooms, janitorial services, security services, and more! Currently the Knight Nonprofit Center has the following available suites:

A170 – 1st Floor West Side – Large area with 11 offices – 3,052 sf

A180 – 1st Floor West Side – 3 offices and storage area – 920 sf

A245 – 2nd Floor West side – 2 offices – 245 sf 

B220 – 2nd Floor East side – 2 offices and workstations – 819 sf
