Available Space

The Knight Nonprofit Center offers professional office space for rent at affordable rates to nonprofit organizations. The rental package includes utilities, access to shared meeting room space including multiple conference rooms, training room, board room, two banquet halls, a large caterer's kitchen, break rooms, janitorial services, security services, and more! The Annex Building (attached on west side of main building) will be available in early 2026. The building is approx. 2,390 sf with 11 offices, a waiting area, 2 single restrooms and a kitchen area.
