The Knight Nonprofit Center has a large banquet room perfect for hosting your next big meeting or business event. As a tenant, this room is available to reserve when needed as part of your "tenant benefits" however if you are not a Tenant this room is available to rent at VERY reasonable rates! This full sized room can seat up to 224 people and includes a caterer's kitchen, audio/visual set up and equipment, as well as tables and chairs that can be set up to accommodate your specific meeting needs. The parking lot has 300 lined parking spaces and the center is conveniently located off I-10 for easy access of guests.
All of this is inside the beautiful setting of the Knight Nonprofit Center, a professional office building which is the home of over 30 local nonprofit organizations.
The Rental Rate is $100 per hour or $400 for the entire day. The room is available to be reserved Monday - Friday 7 am - 5pm. Later hours can be arranged if needed. Call us to book your next business event!

Hancock Whitney Banquet Room
The Knight Nonprofit Center also has a Mid-Sized Banquet Room perfect for hosting your next mid-sized meeting or business event. As a tenant, this room is available to reserve when needed as part of your "tenant benefits" however if you are not a Tenant this room is available to rent at VERY reasonable rates! This room is great for groups ranging between 20 and 65 people which is too large for a traditional conference room but may appear small when placed in the large banquet room. This room has an attached room that can be used for set up or utilized as a "break-out" session room. The caterer's kitchen is in close proximity and the room includes tables and chairs that can be set up to accommodate your specific meeting needs. The parking lot has 300 lined parking spaces and the center is conveniently located off I-10 for easy access of guests.

The Topazi Board Room is perfect for Board Meetings and Presentations. As a tenant, this room is available to reserve when needed as part of your "tenant benefits" however if you are not a Tenant this impressive room is available to rent at VERY reasonable rates! The large oval table can seat up to 27 people with room and chairs surrounding the table for others if needed. The room includes space for catered goodies and has a small area out of view of the rest of the room perfect for staging if food is being served. There is a large flat panel television to give your audio-visual presentations the impact they deserve. The parking lot has 300 lined parking spaces and the center is conveniently located off I-10 for easy access of guests.

The Community Bank Conference Room is perfect for board meetings, staff meetings, interviews and presentations to smaller groups. It is located on the first floor east hallway of the building right past the Hancock Banquet Room. As a tenant, this room is available to reserve when needed as part of your "tenant benefits" however if you are not a Tenant this impressive room is available to rent at VERY reasonable rates! The room has a conference table with seating for 10 and additional chairs surrounding the table for others if needed. The room includes a large dry erase board and has access to WIFI for participants if needed. It is a large room so attendees will not feel crowded and has plenty of room for additional table for food or other materials. The parking lot has 300 lined parking spaces and the center is conveniently located off I-10 for easy access of guests.
